GLASGOW VINTAGE VEHICLE TRUST

VINTAGE BUS SERVICE SUNDAY

29TH JUNE 2008

As part of the West End Festival and in conjunction with the Glasgow Museum of Transport, the Glasgow Vintage Vehicle Trust brings you this rare opportunity to travel on fully restored vintage buses and coaches from the 1950s to 1970s.

This free service will run between the Glasgow Museum of Transport and Victoria Park frequently from 11am to 5pm n Sunday 29th June.

You can board and alight at any bus stops en route. No booking is required, simply turn up and travel. Children under 16 must be accompanied by responsible adult.

Please respect the vehicles, which have been carefully restored, and many of which are owned privately. Please do not smoke or eat food or drink on the buses.

The photos on this page, courtest of Phil Halewood, show some of the vehicles used in the 2007 service.
